TORONTO, ON. April 17, 2023 – BeWhere (TSX-V: BEW, OTCQB: BEWFF) (“BeWhere” or the “Company”), a Mobile Internet of Things (M-IoT) company is pleased to announce its financial results for twelve months ended December 31, 2022.

Owen Moore, CEO and Co-Founder stated, “Key performance indicators improved across the board, with Total revenue improving by 17% and Recurring revenue growth of 35% year over year in fiscal 2022, resulting in record income before taxes of $526,134”.

Chris Panczuk, COO and Co-Founder stated, “We are pleased with the results as the company recorded highest ever quarterly Gross profit, which improved by 55% in fiscal 2022”.

Owen Moore, CEO and Co-Founder stated, “Key performance indicators improved across the board, with recurring revenue growth of 41% year over year in the third quarter, resulting in record income of $216,771”.

Chris Panczuk, COO and Co-Founder stated, “We are pleased with the results as the company recorded highest ever quarterly Gross profit”. He further noted “The Company improved cash position during the nine months, by $681,808 to $3,240,481”.

28 September 2022, MWC Las Vegas: GSMA MWC Las Vegas, in partnership with CTIA, opens its doors today, bringing the North America edition of the MWC series to Las Vegas for the first time. Taking to the stage are some of the mobile operators in North America who have helped power the US and Canada as global leaders in 5G adoption, according to the latest Mobile Economy North America Report.

We’re looking forward to hearing global leaders and experts discuss how they’re addressing today’s challenges with innovations. Right now, 1 in 4 mobile connections in the US is a 5G connection.
