BeWhere Holdings Inc. Reports First Quarter 2025 Fiscal Results

TORONTO, ON. April 21, 2025 – BeWhere (TSX-V: BEW, OTCQB: BEWFF) (“BeWhere” or the “Company”), a leading Mobile Internet of Things (M-IoT) company, is pleased to announce its financial results for three months ended March 31, 2025.

Owen Moore, CEO and Co-Founder stated, “We are pleased with how the company navigated the impact of U.S.- Canadian trade issues during the first quarter of 2025. Despite trade issues causing some short-term delays in orders, the Company still managed to grow revenue by 20%, increased net income by 49% and improved the cash position to an all-time high of $5.76M, of which $1.5M was contributed by operating activities in the first quarter”.

Chris Panczuk, COO and Co-Founder stated, “We are pleased to report a strong start to the year, with first-quarter gross profit reaching $1,595,993, which improved by 19% from the first quarter of 2024”. He further added, “We design, develop and manufacture our own hardware, middleware, firmware and applications, which uniquely positions us to address macro-economic and geopolitical factors, today and in the future”.

BeWhere Holdings Inc Reports 2023 Fiscal Year-end Results

Owen Moore, CEO and Co-Founder stated, “Key performance indicators improved across the board, with Total revenue improving by 41% in Q4 while generating EBITDA margin of 12%”. He further added “For the fiscal year 2023, Total revenue improved by 20% and Recurring revenue grew 31%, resulting in record income before taxes of $828,902”.

Chris Panczuk, COO and Co-Founder stated, “We are pleased with the results as the company recorded highest ever annual Gross profit of $4,633,361, which improved by 31% in fiscal 2023”. He further noted “The Company continued to invest in research and development, while controlling its operating expenses”.

BeWhere Holdings Inc. and Nika Industries LLC Awarded GPS Tracking Contract for New York City

TORONTO, ON. April 20, 2021 – BeWhere  (TSX-V: BEW, OTCQB: BEWFF) (“BeWhere” or the “Company”), a MobileInternet of Things (M-IoT) solutions provider, is pleased to announce the Company was awarded a contract from New York City for the “BeSol” and “BeTen” GPS tracking solutions.

The bid, available for review in the NYC database, was issued late 2019 and awarded to BeWhere’s distributor, Nika Industries LLC in the amount of US$194,322.25 in February 2020 and finalized in April 2021. Nika Industries LLC is a wholesaler and minority owned business specializing in municipal procurement with offices in New York City. The procurement contract created under the bid also allows Nika Industries LLC to provide BeWhere’s devices to all of the City’s participating agencies for a period of five years.
