TORONTO, ON. May 16, 2022 – BeWhere (TSX-V: BEW, OTCQB: BEWFF) (“BeWhere” or the “Company”), a Mobile Internet of Things (M-IoT) company, is pleased to announce its financial results for three months ended March 31, 2022.

Owen Moore, CEO and Co-Founder stated, “The Company progressed well during the quarter having achieved record Q1 revenue and income”. He further noted “the company’s cash position during the quarter increased substantially to $2,999,364, as it generated $465,859 from operating activities”.

Chris Panczuk, COO and Co-Founder stated, “We are pleased with the results as the company managed to record revenue despite Covid related shutdown in China”. He further noted “we remain focused on maintaining healthy gross profit on our products”.

Owen Moore, CEO and Co-Founder stated, “The Company progressed well during fiscal 2020, demonstrating improvement in all key performance indicators despite Covid-19 related challenging year.” He further noted that “Moreover, there are signs that the municipal government sector is beginning to recover with a significant order received from New York City”.

BeWhere Holdings Inc. and Nika Industries LLC Awarded GPS Tracking Contract for New York City

TORONTO, ON. April 20, 2021 – BeWhere  (TSX-V: BEW, OTCQB: BEWFF) (“BeWhere” or the “Company”), a MobileInternet of Things (M-IoT) solutions provider, is pleased to announce the Company was awarded a contract from New York City for the “BeSol” and “BeTen” GPS tracking solutions.

The bid, available for review in the NYC database, was issued late 2019 and awarded to BeWhere’s distributor, Nika Industries LLC in the amount of US$194,322.25 in February 2020 and finalized in April 2021. Nika Industries LLC is a wholesaler and minority owned business specializing in municipal procurement with offices in New York City. The procurement contract created under the bid also allows Nika Industries LLC to provide BeWhere’s devices to all of the City’s participating agencies for a period of five years.
