Kohler, a current member of the board of directors and chairman of the audit committee, has accepted the position on an interim basis effective immediately. Mr. Kohler has also agreed to be the corporate secretary for the Company. Mr. Allan has agreed to assist in a smooth transition of duties to Mr. Kohler.

Mr. Kohler is Chairman and CEO of Exelerate Capital (Toronto), a strategic advisory group that provides corporate finance, M&A, IT strategy and governance / risk / compliance services to North American technology, healthcare, and financial services organizations, and private equity funds. Mr. Kohler is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified Corporate Director.
