BeWhere Holdings Inc. Reports First Quarter Financial Results of Fiscal 2020

TORONTO, ON. May 25, 2020 – BeWhere  (TSX-V: BEW, OTCQB: BEWFF)  (“BeWhere” or the “Company”), a MobileInternet of Things (M-IoT) solutions provider, is pleased to announce its financial results for three months ended March 31, 2020.

Owen Moore, CEO and Co-Founder stated “The Company progressed well during the first quarter in spite of the Covid-19 related headwinds which delayed some large government projects. Gross Profit improved for the second consecutive quarter resulting in recording lowest Net loss in Company’s history”. He further noted that “As a provider of remote monitoring and track & trace solutions, BeWhere has demonstrated the critical value of its solutions during the challenges presented by Covid-19”.

BeWhere Holdings Inc. Announces Acceptance of Normal Course Issuer Bid

Toronto, Ontario– (April 30, 2020) – BeWhere Holdings Inc. (TSXV:BEW)(OTCQB:BEWFF) (the “Corporation” or “BeWhere”) announces that it has received acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange of its previously announced intention to purchase by way of a Normal Course Issuer Bid of up to an aggregate of 4,394,400 of its Common Shares, representing approximately 5% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of the Corporation. The normal course issuer bid will commence on May 6, 2020 and terminate on May 5, 2021 or the earlier of the date all shares which are subject to the Normal Course Issuer Bid are purchased.
