BeWhere Holdings Inc. Receives Strong Demand and Interest in New M-IOT Solutions

TORONTO, ON. August 21, 2018 – (TSX-V: BEW, OTCQB: BEWFF) (“BeWhere” or the “Company”) is an Industrial Internet of Things (“IIOT”) solutions company that designs and sells hardware with sensors and software applications to track real-time information and environmental conditions on fixed or movable assets.

BeWhere is pleased to announce the company has signed an agreement for 10,000 Mobile IoT units with an established fleet services provider, with 3,000 units due for immediate delivery. The order covers BeSol and BeTen products and will be used for monitoring non-powered mobile assets such as containers, trailers, cargo and equipment. Additional details are expected to be announced in the coming months.

The agreement announced today comes on the heels of the 20,000 unit order from Fleet Complete, announced May 29th 2018 and is cumulative to demand received through additional channels, including robust performance with enterprise customers from Assured Telematics Inc. Boston MA based ATI is a leading provider of fleet solutions for fortune 500 clients in the US with over 70,000 assets under management.

Owen Moore, CEO and Co-Founder, stated, “The Company is seeing stronger than expected demand for our new M-IOT solutions from both existing and new technology and distribution partners in the US market”. Mr. Moore continued, “In addition to our recent successes, we are excited about the prospects associated with the upcoming nation-wide launch of Bell Mobility’s LTE-M in Canada in addition to opportunities in the EU and Asia”.

The new M-IOT products have received device certification with AT&T, Bell, and Verizon. The company is currently deploying solutions with existing partners in Europe and will look to engage additional carriers, technology and distribution markets globally.

Chris Panczuk, COO and Co-Founder said, “With these new M-IoT sensors, BeWhere sees many opportunities to further expand on its initial Bluetooth beacons’ applications and distribution channels for tracking movable assets. Leveraging similar sensors, the new device acts independently. This also provides the opportunity to track fixed assets that, prior to our device, might require human intervention to take readings. Our current projects and sales demonstrate that BeWhere is efficiently capitalizing on its existing knowledge and resources.”

After a very successful Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in February 2018, BeWhere will be attending the Los Angeles MWC September 12 to 14, 2018. Owen Moore, BeWhere’s CEO, will be presenting on 4YFN main stage Friday September 14th.  BeWhere’s booths are located at Hall West Stand W.220C, beside the GSMA IoT Innovators booth; and at the Hall South Stand S.1460.
